1. Shipping Regions

We currently ship to all European countries.

We offer two shipping options across all European countries:

• Standard Shipping:

  • Delivery time: 7–15 business days
  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

• Express Shipping:

  • Delivery time: 3–7 business days
  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and during busy periods.

• Receive €5 off your order when you spend €30 or more. The discount will automatically apply at checkout (The discount will apply, only for signed up customers).
  Note: The €30 minimum spend does not include shipping costs.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress. Tracking updates may take 48-72 business hours to appear, depending on the courier.

Orders shipped within the European Union are not subject to customs fees. However, for non-EU countries, customs fees or import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more details.
